The Acorn Triple-D5 Drum Kit is a 5-piece, full-featured electronic drum kit with an included sound module, three cymbal pads, two pedals and an aluminum stand. The rubber coated pads deliver acoustic drum-like response so you can perform confidently and with plenty of feel. This kit is great for any aspiring drummer and is ideal for live performance, practicing or computer music composition.
All pads are velocity sensitive and feature a durable rubber coating which deliver acoustic-like feel and fast response. The dual-zone snare pad can be hit on both the main surface and the rim giving you the option to play a rim shot along with the main snare sound. Each pad can be adjusted and angled to suit the needs of any player and the aluminum stand is durable and easy to set up.
But that's not all. The Triple-D5 sound module comes with 327 drum sounds and 30 user customizable memory kit locations giving you everything you need to sound pro right out of the box. Not only does it contain great drum sounds, it also includes built-in reverb and chorus effects which can be set for each of the 30 kits. If that wasn't enough, thirty practice songs have been included so you can jam along with styles such as Rock, Reggae and Jazz while perfecting your performance and timing.
The sound module provides a built-in metronome with allows you to adjust time signature and tempo. Also, an onboard recorder enables you to capture your performances in real-time so you can play back and analyze your technique. As for connectivity, the sound module provides a plethora of options including USB MIDI I/O for integration with computer hardware and triggering of computer hosted drum sounds. It also features headphone and master outputs, an AUX input to connect mp3 or CD players and nine inputs for each of the drum pads and pedals. The Triple-D5 includes a 9V power supply and pair of sticks so all that's needed to get started is you.

The Carlsbro CSD130 iis a compact 8-piece electronic drum kit featuring the Commander 150 sound module with 250 high-quality percussion voices, 20 preset kits, 10 user-defined kits, and 20 demo songs. The kit contains a bass drum pad and kick pedal, a dual-zone snare pad, three single-zone tom pads, a hi-hat controller pedal, and three single-zone cymbals for hi-hat, ride, and crash.
The sound module features an auxiliary input, stereo line output, and a headphone output. The module offers MIDI in and out via 5-pin DIN connectors as well as USB MIDI. Adjustable sensitivity, crosstalk, and trigger curve settings are provided to customize the module to any player's style. Connections between the drum pads and the module are made via a DB25 to 1/4" cable with each connector clearly labeled.

13 Instrument Keys
Each Instrument Key can be instantly switched between two voices for a total of 26 recorded drum sounds. Level Adjustment
The level of each voice can be altered to balance the "drum kit" to precise specifications. Rhythm Tempo
Rhythm Patterns can be played back repeatedly, at any desired tempo from 40 to 250 quarter-notes a minute. Rhythm Pattern Creation
Up to 100 custom Rhythm Patterns can be generated by editing the preset Rhythm Patterns or creating new rhythms. The Patterns can be recorded in Real Time Write (play the instrument keys while listening to the Click Guide) or without automatic correction of timing. The Patterns can also be recorded in Step Write (entering one note at a time) to create perfectly timed Patterns. Following a Patterns recording, the Accent Edit mode will alter the level of each note, to add more realism.
Song Mode
Allows the combination of up to 999 Patterns in a single song, including intros, fills, repeats, tempo and volume changes. Up to 10 songs may be composed on the RX17, and Insert, Delete and Copy functions make song editing simpler.
Search Function
The Search Function locates any part of a song and allows the addition of new parts, similar to punching in on a tape recording.
MIDI Compatibility
The RX17 is a MIDI Instrument, and can control or be controlled by other MIDI equipment such as sequencers, synthesizers, and tone generators. It can be a part of a fully automated digital music system, or can provide the synchronization signal which keeps the performance together.
Cassette Storage
Once all Patterns and Songs have been programmed into memory, they can be saved on a standard cassette tape. They are stored in digital data form and can be loaded back into the RX17 at any time, allowing for the creation of a library of custom rhythms.
