DESCRIPTION

 

The Launchkey Mini MK2 by Novation is a 25-key USB MIDI controller with a total of 26 assignable controls that can be MIDI mapped to control most DAWs and plug-ins. It also has 16 velocity-sensitive, three-color, backlit trigger pads that can be used to launch loops, samples and more. The controller is compatible with Mac, PC and iPad.

Additionally, the Launchkey Mini MK2  is equipped with 8 assignable knob controls that can be used for controlling mixer functions, effect parameters and more. It makes use of Novation's pre-mapped templates that allow for automatic control of popular DAWs such as Ableton Live, FL Studio, Pro Tools, Reason, Cubase, Logic and others.

You can also download the free Launchkey and Launchpad apps for producing and performing with the Launchkey Mini in tandem with your iPad.

Ableton Live Lite 9 is included. If you already have Ableton Live it must be version 9 or greater to work with Launchkey Mini. It is recommended to update to the latest version, as previous versions of Ableton Live do not include the Launchkey Mini integration for InControl. Launchkey Mini will also work as a standard MIDI controller
